Once your anthology passes through Discovery and enters into the Enhancement stage, you will be first presented with the status of your uploaded files.  It will be here that you will be able to see which files were processed and which ones failed. If you had files that failed and you would like to try to get them to process, click ‘Reprocess Failed Files.”

This action will send your anthology back to the end of the Discovery stage in which all of the files are being checked.  Keep in mind that it could take up to several hours for the failed files to reprocess. If you do not want to reprocess your files and are content that the files that failed will not be in your anthology, simply move on to “Review Content Quality.”

If your files fail a second time, do not reprocess them. Please contact support, and we’ll help you work through the issueUse the Content Status Panel to see where each piece of content is within the curation process.

In between the Discovery and Enhancement Phases, the Anthology's content goes through a processing stage. This may take between 1-6 hours. If a piece of content remains in processing for more than 24 hours, please contact support. As each piece of content clears processing, it can enter the subsequent Enhancement phases. The "content status" column indicates if the content is still in processing, if it is awaiting Review Quality, if it is awaiting Describe, if it is awaiting Collections, if it is complete or if it has been removed by the curator.

Failed Files

If a piece of content is still processing after 24 hours, contact support by filling out a form via the feedback button on the far left of the screen. If any files show up as "failed" in the Content Status Panel, this means that the file cannot be used in Creator. This happens rarely, but if it does, you can contact support@biblioboard.com to figure out why this has happened.
